I recently had the pleasure of staying at a delightful hotel in the heart of a charming town. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also had a beautifully comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The attention to detail was impressive, from the antique furniture to the fluffy towels and the lovely little decanter of port as a welcome drink. It's the small touches like these that really make a difference. Additionally, the hotel's central location was ideal for exploring the local sights and there were plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the heart of town. The location was perfect, right by bustling bars that don't close till the small hours of the morning. Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of sockets and two TVs. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who were attentive and efficient. Breakfast was a delight, with a choice of continental or cooked options. The atmosphere was lively, especially in the beer garden during the jubilee celebrations. We would definitely return for another enjoyable stay.

The noise from the nearby kitchen staff quarters, which could be disruptive at times.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gales Of! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Beautiful Llangollen. The hotel itself had a charming and quirky atmosphere, which added to the overall experience. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel on our first evening, and even though they didn't have a kids menu, they were able to accommodate our little ones with some tasty options. The Bread & Vinaigrette board was definitely a highlight of the meal! Our room was nice and comfortable, and we were provided with all the necessary amenities like coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and biscuits. The staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although continental, was quite satisfying, especially with the £6 voucher we each received. And the cooked breakfast options looked substantial. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Gales Of for a charming and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of attractions and shops within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local places to visit.

There were a few things that could have been improved. the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired, with noticeable cobwebs and mould in the showers.

We stayed at Gales Of for a family trip and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 4 adults. The building itself was charming and had a unique, quirky feel to it. We loved the modern fittings throughout. Another highlight was the convenient location right in the heart of town. We also enjoyed the lovely courtyard and the wine bar nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room had two double beds, a good-sized TV with a great picture, and all the necessary facilities. a fantastic experience!

Excellent location in the town center with limited parking. Spacious room with period decor and comfortable bed. Large bathroom with jet bath and separate shower. Wood panelled wine bar and lovely breakfast. Friendly staff.

The breakfast options were good and varied. We had the choice of a continental breakfast or could pay extra for a cooked one, which was a nice touch. We particularly enjoyed the choice of different cereals, bread for toasting, yoghurts and fruit available. the location was also great with easy access to everything the town had to offer. We also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center of town. It's so convenient to be just minutes away from all the attractions and amenities. The off road parking is a bonus, especially considering the limited parking options in the area. The WiFi actually works, unlike other nearby accommodations that claim to have it. Plus, the staff provides keys, allowing guests to come and go as they please. The rooms are well-equipped with en suite facilities and even a new smart TV. And I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra pillow in the bedroom for added comfort. The included breakfast, while not extensive, was tasty and made with local organic ingredients.

My stay at this hotel was problem-free and everything was ok.

I had a fantastic stay at a property in Llangollen. the place had so much character and was surprisingly spacious. the barman, Kai, was incredibly patient with our slightly tipsy group as we called multiple times to ask about board games. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. the beds and pillows were very comfy, and the cottages we stayed in were modernized and well-equipped. the check-in process was hassle-free, and the staff at the wine bar were pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely return to this place, although next time, I'll remember to bring my own board games!

The house is really big, clean and tidy. Enormous room and bed too! Really comfy. Perfect location with a Coop Supermarket nearby. Helpful staff with queries and other information. Courtyard cottage was fantastic, spacious with a well-equipped kitchen & a private terrace & parking space. Excellent staff service throughout our visit. Great location in the center of town. Gales restaurant and bar were lovely too.

I also enjoyed a drink in the bar, where the food looked amazing. it was a lovely relaxing weekend.

Parking was a bit of a challenge with limited space available.

The suite at this hotel was an absolute gem! We were pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade and the room had everything we could possibly need. The ample supply of tea and coffee, along with the decanter of Pineau de Charante, added a touch of luxury. The lounge area with a fridge was also a convenient addition.

There were a few minor issues during our stay, but nothing that affected our overall experience.
