We had an incredible time at this elegant and luxurious hotel nestled in a secluded area surrounded by Galgorm Wood. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, and the stunning views over the river from our deluxe room were simply breathtaking. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. Not only was the room absolutely pristine, but the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, heating, and mini-bar, added an extra level of comfort to our stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable, making it easy for us to stay connected. The hotel also offered a range of dining options, and the breakfast in particular was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly valued as guests. this place exceeded our expectations and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

I recently stayed at Galgorm for a relaxing break and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing endless opportunities for relaxation. The food at the nearby castle kitchen was delicious, and the complimentary taxi service was a great perk. The shepherds hut I stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. I can't wait to return in July!

We were impressed with the wide variety of activities available, especially the spa which offered a range of treatments and services. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh options to choose from.

Thermal Village relaxing, clean. No long waits, delicious food, attentive staff. Spacious, well-equipped Shepherd's Huts. Beautiful countryside location, stunning river views, manicured gardens. Out of this world Thermal Spa Village.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Ballymena for a few nights and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The Thermal Village was a highlight, providing a relaxing and clean environment for me to unwind. The food, both at dinner and breakfast, was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also loved the spacious and well-equipped Sheperd's Hut that I stayed in. The complimentary taxi service to the dining area was a nice touch. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Wow, what a value for money! Our room at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, spacious and beautifully laid out. The location was spot on, with plenty of things to do without even leaving the building. The staff treated us like royalty and even surprised us with a small gift for our anniversary. Can't wait to come back!

Had a fantastic Easter break with wonderful facilities and excellent service from the friendly staff. The hotel's stunning surrounding location made for a perfect retreat away from the city. The thermal suites and spa were the best aspects; we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and luxurious treatments. The food served was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from, and the cooked breakfast in the morning was a highlight.

Our stay was slightly let down by a few minor issues. One of the heaters in our room didn't work, and we couldn't get a good night's sleep due to the noise coming from the outside and our neighbour's room.
