We had a fantastic stay at the retreat villa. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy home away from home. The underfloor heating was a wonderful touch, keeping us warm and comfortable throughout our stay. We were delighted to find fresh eggs, bread, butter, and milk waiting for us in the well-equipped kitchen. The views from the lounge were absolutely magnificent, enhancing our overall experience. The staff were kind and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely holiday. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Lovely quiet location with brilliant views. Emma was very helpful and organised, ensuring we took the right road. The cottage itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The outside area was a bonus for our group of friends, allowing us to let off steam. The owners, Emma and Rob, were extremely helpful when needed. Good wifi and comfortable double bed. Food basics were provided upon arrival.

The location of this rural retreat is absolutely stunning, with beautiful and calming views that can be enjoyed from certain rooms. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay. The standard of cleanliness is superb, and the decoration of the rooms is modern and tasteful. the provision of basic essentials such as milk, bread, butter, and eggs is a lovely touch.

The lack of clear signage for reception may cause a bit of confusion upon arrival.

The cottage was extremely comfortable with excellent views of the surrounding countryside. It was well situated for visiting various resorts on the south coast and for exploring the South Downs. The owners were very helpful and provided food basics upon arrival, which was a nice surprise.

There were a few minor issues with the cottage. The towels could have been larger, and there were cobwebs over the windows and door frames.

We recently stayed at Ash Cottage in the beautiful South Downs. The location was perfect for attending a wedding in Findon village. The cottage itself was stunning, with breathtaking views and a spacious outdoor area for our little girl to play. The owner, Emma, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even giving us a lift when our taxi had trouble reaching us. The cottage had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh eggs, milk, and butter. We will definitely be returning to this peaceful retreat.
