We had a delightful stay at Garden Cottage in Ashover Village. the photos didn't disappoint, with high spec and tasteful decor. the real house plants added a beautiful touch, and the entrance with pots of agapanthus was charming. Parking outside the gates was easy, and the cottage itself was light, airy, comfortable, and warm. We especially loved the small, enclosed garden with its comfortable furniture. the hosts were lovely, and the cottage's location near the deli/store and three pubs was perfect. the village and its people were warm and friendly. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Mind-blowing cottage with spacious rooms and beautiful decor, equipped with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The attentive hosts provided all amenities needed, including kitchen accessories and bathroom essentials. The stunning garden had multiple seating areas to enjoy the sun. The location in a charming village was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the friendly community added to the overall delightful experience.

Nothing not to like.

The cottage was clean and nicely decorated, with a lovely courtyard garden to enjoy when the weather was good. the location was great, right behind a farm shop and only a short walk to three different pubs. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were also nice.

The mattress was too soft for us, which was a problem as we both have bad backs. It would have been helpful to have appliance instructions or a welcome pack, as it took us a while to figure out how to use the TV.

We had a fantastic stay at Garden Cottage in the lovely village of Ashover. the cottage was in a great location, with beautiful walks right on our doorstep. It was spotlessly clean and had comfortable seating downstairs and a cozy bed. the toiletries provided were exceptional, adding a nice touch to our stay. the kitchen was reasonably well equipped, and although the milk sachets didn't stretch far, there was a fantastic village shop just around the corner. the garden was a highlight, with different seating areas and a wonderful natural atmosphere.

We got amazing value for our money at this beautiful cottage. The room was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The staff, David and Lisa, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We also loved the fact that there were three lovely pubs within a short walk from the cottage.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by providing separate hand towels for each guest and adding a hand towel in the kitchen alongside the tea towel.
