Value for money was great, with a 3-night stay costing less than a large hotel chain. The room was lovely and clean, with tea, coffee, and bathroom essentials provided. The location was quiet and picturesque, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even cooking dinner for us on a Sunday when the kitchen was supposed to be closed. One more thing, we loved waking up to the sound of a distant rooster in the morning - such a charming touch!

We had a delightful stay at the Moon Inn. the location is beautiful and the food was incredibly tasty. the staff, especially the female member who reassured us about the restaurant, were friendly and helpful. the cooked breakfast and additional choices were delicious. the bar and restaurant were lively and full of friendly locals. the Globe room/apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised with the special touches for my fiancé's birthday. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with our room being spotless and the bathroom very clean. The hotel facilities were great, including the comfortable bed and the full range of toiletries provided. The location was perfect for us, with plenty of great walks in the surrounding areas. We also enjoyed exploring nearby attractions such as Ross-on-Wye and Symonds Yat. The food at the hotel was incredible, with locally sourced ingredients and a wide variety of options. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The Garway Moon Inn is in a stunning location, surrounded by beautiful scenery. It's the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas, with plenty to do and some very helpful guides available. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is delicious and the staff provide excellent service. We also loved the views from the sun room, where we could relax and take in the scenery.

The mobile phone signal in the area is not great, so if you rely on your phone for communication, it can be a bit of an inconvenience.
