We had an early check-in and the staff provided us with sandwiches as we were attending a wedding. Linda, one of the staff members, stayed late to serve drinks. The breakfast was standard but Izzy handled our complicated order well. The rooms varied in size but were adequate. The Mews 2 Suite was a great upgrade for a minimal cost. The fridge in the room was a nice touch. The hotel had a quaint decor with nice touches. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was great to have a tea pot provided in the room, a lovely touch. the breakfast was brilliant and the dinner in the restaurant on site was also excellent. the location of the hotel was perfect, with beautiful gardens to enjoy an early evening drink.

In a beautiful happy area, our family booked a stay not far from the center of Much Wenlock. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the town and its historical buildings, guildhall, priory, and enjoy walks along Wenlock Edge. the lounge in the hotel's center offered a pleasant and relaxing space to unwind.

We were disappointed by the lack of response to our letter of complaint. Despite contacting the hotel management about the issues we faced during our stay, we received no reply, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated.
