the location is great, but let's not pretend this hotel isn't a glorified broom closet. the water pressure was embarrassingly weak, and my luggage? had to maneuver it onto the ground because there was absolutely no space. also, where’s my welcome gift? surely, such inconvenience should at least warrant some kind of gesture, right? just couldn't give a good review.

Room too cramped for comfort!!! Water pressure at the washbasin is barely adequate!!! A little more attention to bathroom cleanliness would go a long way!!! Old window mechanisms are frustrating to use!!!

My stay was hindered by the need for better bathroom fixtures!!! The flimsy toilet paper holder was almost broken, and the rusty shower curtain rod was quite unappealing. Tight quarters with no space for luggage were also frustrating!!!

george hotel is in a perfect spot, just 50 yards from russell square station. the room was great, completely renovated with an ensuite. I loved the freshly made coffee at breakfast. it really kick-started my day!

the hotel was super clean my single room was tiny but had all I needed breakfast was plenty and very satisfying staff always cheerful and helpful loved the location near King's Cross

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast choices were fantastic, especially the full English, and my room was surprisingly charming despite being compact. Just a bit noisy due to the old windows, but I'd definitely return!

Cozy stay with a nice breakfast

I spent a night here and got a room in the basement, but it was nice and warm. Super clean too! The only issue was some noise that sounded like a boiler, but it wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast was awesome and gave me a great start to the day. Definitely worth it!
