We had a lovely 4 night stay at the warm and welcoming George Inn. The room was spacious and facilities good. The breakfasts were lovely and VERY filling and the staff were friendly. We were pre-warned about the evening entertainment and the band they had on were fantastic. The location was perfect for our walk and the staff kept us topped up despite it being quite busy as the evening went on. The food we did have was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely friendly pub with a nice selection of drinks and biscuits in the room.

The room was lovely and modern, with all the amenities I needed, like a hair dryer, wifi, and a DVD player. the location was perfect for walking, with scenic spots nearby like Monsal Head. Breakfast was delicious, with quick service and friendly staff.

The bed was not the most comfortable, with mattresses that seemed a bit worn and saggy. There was also noise from a nearby function room, which made it difficult to sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Tideswell. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the fantastic location next to the church. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

had a romantic weekend in tideswell and George Inn was even better than before. loved the friendly staff, huge deluxe room, and delicious food. perfect location for exploring the area too. would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautifully located next to the gorgeous church, offering a picturesque setting in the heart of the village. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a large bed and all the necessary amenities, such as coffee/tea making facilities and a TV. The staff are friendly and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a tasty breakfast at the hotel, starting the day off on a good note.

The bathroom could use some improvements in terms of cleanliness, with black mold present in the grouting.

George Inn has a cozy atmosphere and a well-stocked bar with affordable wine. The room was clean and spacious, and the full English breakfast was a highlight. We would definitely stay here again.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the breakfast options were delicious, with a superb vegetarian choice. the private parking was safe and secure. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit from Ireland.

Had an amazing weekend at an old coaching inn. the staff were very friendly and the food was brilliant, especially the chicken pie with chips. the location was perfect and allowed easy access to the area's attractions. the room was cozy and well equipped. It was also dog-friendly. had a great experience!

The bathroom was tiny and the tap didn't get warm easily. the ticking noise of the central heating system was quite annoying at night and kept us awake for quite some time.

Clean, modern room with tea/coffee facilities, TV, and hot shower. Freshly cooked breakfast and inexpensive, tasty evening meal. Would stay again.
