This incredible penthouse apartment left us speechless with its stunning and tasteful decor. The location couldn't have been better, surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants. As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the accessible facilities and amenities provided at the penthouse. The host, Frank, was extremely helpful and accommodating, offering assistance with bags and ensuring our comfort. The location was ideal for exploring Glasgow, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The balcony offered a nice outdoor space, even though the weather didn't cooperate. the apartment was functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Soft towels and clean bedding were provided. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions in Glasgow.- The rooftop area was a nice addition and provided a pleasant space to relax.

The pictures online did not accurately reflect the current state of the hotel. The outside area was poorly maintained, with green algae and rotten woodwork, and the chairs were ruined with mouldy seat covers.
