Stayed at a lovely flat on Main Street, close to shops and cafes. the key was easily accessible in a key safe by the door for a quick and easy self check-in. the flat was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find cereals, jam, marmalade, biscuits, butter. the hosts also thoughtfully provided fresh bread, milk, biscuits, and other essentials. the bedroom had French windows that opened up to a courtyard garden. the location was perfect, and despite being centrally located, we weren't bothered by road noise. a very comfortable and cozy stay. We'll definitely recommend and rebook.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Woodhall Spa. The location was perfect, right in the centre, close to shops and all the amenities. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding, and it was well-appointed with everything I needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, with lots of little extras provided like milk, bread, biscuits, and toiletries. The communication from the owners was top-notch, making me feel welcome and informed throughout my stay.

our recent stay at woodhall spa was made even better by our budget stay at lancaster heights. the location was perfect, with shops and cafes just seconds away. the flat was clean, warm, and had everything we needed for a holiday break. highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

We had a superb weekend break in a lovely and warm accommodation. The location was perfect, right in the centre and close to everything in Woodhall Spa. The room was comfortable and cosy, with french windows opening to a courtyard garden. The hosts provided fresh bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee. The accommodation was well-equipped, with towels, face cloth, and cereals. We appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely recommend it.

The noise from adjoining apartments, particularly the one above. The constant heavy padding disturbed the relaxing atmosphere at times.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, right in the centre of Woodhall with easy access to all the key spots. The attic space was jaw-dropping, well equipped and beautifully fitted out. And let me tell you, the owners' attention to detail was on another level. They provided all the little extras like bread, milk, coffee, tea, biscuits. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need for our short stay. Plus, the off-road parking at the rear of the property was a huge bonus. And did I mention the free Wi-fi? Oh, and pets are allowed too! Seriously, I can't wait to book again for my next visit.

That Cleethorpes is a whopping 47km away. Quite the trek for a day at the beach!
