The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our stay. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with the hostess cooking to order, ensuring that the food was served warm and fresh. it was a pleasant experience.

We felt very secure during our stay and the staff were always available to help us with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

It's very near to the central station and just a short walk to the city centre. The rooms are clean and the staff is polite, providing excellent service. The breakfast options are satisfactory and the location is convenient for exploring the area.

The double rooms can be quite small and tight, which may not be ideal for those who prefer more spacious accommodations.

What a find! We were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us where free parking was right outside the door. We arrived late at night, which wasn’t a problem, and she upgraded us to ensuite rooms at no extra charge. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were immaculate with modern decor. They had everything you could need, including complimentary chocolates, lovely crisp white towels, and free toiletries. We only paid £27 each for the room and it was exceptional. We got a lie-in and had a beautiful freshly cooked hot English breakfast. Can't rate this place highly enough!

The welcome from the lady was exceptional, with free parking right outside the door. The ensuite rooms were upgraded at no extra charge and had modern decor, comfortable beds, and all the necessary amenities including tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms were immaculate with lovely ensuite bathrooms, complimentary chocolates, and free toiletries. The price of £27 per person was exceptional and the value for money was excellent. The freshly cooked hot English breakfast was delicious and the overall experience was fantastic.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the very friendly and clean environment at the guesthouse. The constant supply of toiletries was a nice touch, even though we didn't end up using them. The well-stocked tea and coffee in the room were greatly appreciated. And of course, the cooked breakfast was plentiful and delicious, providing us with the energy we needed for our treks. it was great value for money.

We needed 2 rooms for an economical one-night stay. Glenmore Guesthouse proved to be excellent value for money and is perfectly located for the town centre and docks. The double room was small but comfortable, with a private en-suite. The single room was more spacious, although a bit cold. Both rooms were flawlessly clean. The owner was welcoming and extremely helpful. On-site parking and a cozy guest lounge were a bonus. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Highly recommended.

During my stay at Glenmore Guesthouse, I was delighted with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The manager went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Furthermore, the lack of wifi in my room and poor mobile data signal was a minor inconvenience, especially when trying to stay connected during my stay. The soundproofing between rooms could also be improved, as I could hear some noise from neighboring guests.
