The warm welcome from Rashid was a pleasant surprise, as personal contact is rare in these types of accommodations. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, cafés, and a large supermarket just a block away. The inner courtyard was a nice respite from the noisy city, with trees, flowers, and even some friendly cats.

The outside of the property was not inviting and could use some work. The entrance to the property was musty, and the windows didn't open to let fresh air into the apartment.

Stayed at Gloucester Gardens for a week. Spotlessly clean, kitchen well equipped. Great location with shops and restaurants nearby, and Paddington station within walking distance. Easy check-in and check-out, and excellent communication with the owner/manager. Warm welcome by Rashid, a rare personal touch in this type of accommodation. Comfortable and quiet flat with a pleasant inner courtyard. a great experience.
