The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the attractions. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed, including an abundance of tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and kept us fueled throughout the day. a great experience.

The rooms were a bit tired-looking and could use some updating. The radiators were on when we arrived and we couldn't control the temperature, so it got quite hot and noisy with the windows open.

The location couldn't be better, as it is close to all the shops and attractions that you would want to visit in the city. The staff provided excellent service, with a friendly and helpful attitude. The rooms, including the ones with a 4 poster bed, were newly refurbished, so they were very clean and comfortable. It was also a nice touch to have a TV in the room, and the fact that breakfast was included and served made it even better.

Stayed at a quirky place with lots of character right opposite the famous Shambles. The staff were friendly and even allowed us to take drinks upstairs from the pub. Loved the fact that parts of the pub were left open after closing, offering a chance to explore the supernatural. The short blond lady who checked us in was lovely and reserved a table for us in the evening. From check-in to check-out, we felt welcome and valued. The live music by Will & Joe was incredible, showcasing their amazing talent. a fabulous place with a great location and fantastic staff.
