We were warmly welcomed by the owner and shown to our spacious, clean room. The bed was comfy and the room had a lovely decor. The location was great, with Epping Forest just opposite and the venue for our family party only a short drive away. The hotel had a good location and friendly staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, very large and light, with a huge and comfy bed. The hotel facilities were great, including the facility to store our bike. The location was extremely convenient, with a family event at a pub just down the road and Epping Forest within walking distance. The friendly staff warmly greeted us and provided helpful assistance.

the room was spacious and had a big bathroom with a walk-in shower. It was impeccably clean and provided all the necessary amenities like good Wi-Fi, tea, coffee, and biscuits. the host, Tony, was very welcoming and even offered a lift into town. the location is great for nature lovers, being near Epping Forest and Lea Valley. There is also a fantastic local pub, the Horseshoe, just a 10-minute walk away, which serves delicious food, breakfast included.

As a Christmas getaway for our family of four, Good Intent Rooms provided excellent value. The spacious and well-equipped room, coupled with a warm welcome, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciated the preserved heritage features and the cleanliness of the room. The helpful staff, easy access to the key, and bright atmosphere were additional highlights of our positive experience.
