The facilities provided during my city break were exceptional. The building in itself is amazing, and the rooms were luxurious with the most comfortable beds. The variety of options for breakfast was impressive, with choices for vegans and vegetarians. the lounge was a bonus, and I enjoyed sitting, having a cup of tea, and having some snacks before heading off to bed. The location was also convenient, and I could easily explore the city on foot.

Honestly, there was nothing I did not like during my stay. My experience was fantastic overall, and I cannot think of anything that could have been improved.
