The location of the apartments was excellent, with easy access to buses, trains, and the tube. It was also convenient to have a supermarket and pubs serving food nearby. the apartment itself was spacious and ideal for a family, with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and bedding provided, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary appliances. the host was very attentive and responsive to our needs.

That there were some issues with the hot water supply, but they were quickly resolved. the microwave and oven were a bit complicated to operate at first, but we eventually figured them out.

The hotel facilities were great, including secure parking and a lift for easy access with heavy bags. The location was perfect for us, as it was in a quiet area but still close to shopping places and conveniently located to buses that went directly to the city center.

Recently stayed at Grand Apartments in Kew Gardens for a family trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, transportation, and attractions like the Thames Path and Kew Gardens. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The host, Ramona, was friendly and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the convenience of a nearby supermarket and the ability to cook our own meals made it feel like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed at Grand Apartments Kew Gardens while attending the Wimbledon ladies final. The location was excellent, being close to the tournament. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and secure.
