The view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking the Firth of Forth. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for self-catering. the location was ideal, with a bus stop nearby for easy access to the city center. the helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

Some kitchen appliances were lacking, such as oven dishes and a colander. There were also limited options for tableware, and no cloth provided for wiping the table.

We had a fantastic stay at Grand Harbour Apartments. The value for money was excellent, and the spacious apartment with incredible views made it even better. The location was perfect, with easy access to transport and a nearby grocery store. The staff were responsive, helpful, and provided excellent customer service.

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the exceptional customer service provided at Grand Harbour. Erica and Eddie were both professional and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. They even stored our luggage and had it delivered to our apartment while we were out exploring. The spaciousness of the apartment, with its beautiful bathrooms, was also a highlight. Additionally, the convenient location, close to supermarkets and bus stops, made it easy to explore the area.

Although there were a few issues, such as a lack of kitchen utensils and crockery, these were promptly addressed after I reported them. The apartment itself had some maintenance issues, like broken blinds and shower screens, but they were quickly rectified upon our complaint.

The apartment had great views and was very spacious, with a lovely big corner sofa and a huge widescreen TV. the fact that there were two bathrooms, both with fantastic showers, was a definite plus. the free parking right outside the building was very convenient.
