The hotel was conveniently located for our races trip, being just a mile away from the town center. The transportation options were excellent, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and informative, providing excellent service.

Everything is what I need and want.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable with a great large shower in the bathroom. The location was convenient, just a short drive away from town, the dome, and the Yorkshire wildlife park. the hotel exceeded our expectations during this romantic stay. its excellent location allowed easy access to other towns & facilities. the evening meal was very good and the breakfast was cooked to order, hot, and plentiful. the staff were accommodating and the heritage property was tastefully maintained.

Spent Easter at this hotel and the staff were fantastic, very attentive and friendly. Location was great, easy to find and close to local attractions. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with lovely decoration. the breakfast was really good, freshly cooked with plenty of choices.

there were no other food options available during the day except for the hotel's restaurant.

The hotel's location is quite convenient for our purpose of walking into town and going to the races the following day. The restaurant served fantastic food, providing some of the best breakfasts and dinners we've ever had. The staff were attentive and friendly, rectifying any issues promptly, such as an old wine stain on the duvet.

The queue for the tiny bar was overwhelming due to crowds being dropped off by mini-buses outside.
