The location of this hotel is excellent, situated on a quiet side street near Great Portland Street. It is within walking distance of popular areas like Oxford Street and Soho, making it convenient for exploring the city. There are also several lovely restaurants and pubs nearby. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the clean and warm room, comfortable mattress, and ample tea and coffee provisions. The room was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the area felt safe to walk around at night. a great value for the money.

We stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing! The staff were so caring and welcoming, they even left sparkling wine and cake in our room! The room was very comfortable and had great facilities like air conditioning and ironing facilities. The location is also great as it is close to the tube station and just a short walk away from Oxford Street.

We couldn't find anything negative to say about this place. We highly recommend staying here as the staff are very helpful and accommodating, and the facilities are great too.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the tube and within walking distance to major attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out and providing excellent service. the room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the complementary hour extension for late check-out. the hotel also offered a great deal that included dinner, bed, and breakfast, which saved us some money. a great experience.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the bedding felt cheap. the room could have been better laid out and the bathroom was small and awkwardly positioned.

Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Convenient for theatre and early morning appointment. Well located for Soho, theatre district, cafes, and train stations. Staff were accommodating.

Loved the central location and ease of getting to the tube. Despite being on a lower floor, noise levels were great and I slept soundly all night. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive - they even brought coffee straight to my table. I highly recommend this hotel.

The buffet staff were very pleasant and helpful during our Christmas stay. We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary gifts left in our room. the hotel’s location was ideal for exploring the city by foot.

The beds were too firm and uncomfortable. We were disturbed at night by loud noises from adjacent rooms and the boiler room.
