Stayed at a lovely guest house with spacious rooms and spotless cleanliness. The double bed had the bonus of two individual duvets, and they even provided bottled water daily. Beatrice and Joel were attentive hosts, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a special mention for the tasty haggis and black pudding. Ample off-street parking was available.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had windows that could be opened for fresh air. The house itself was surrounded by a small and romantic garden, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a special mention for the tasty haggis and black pudding. I also appreciated the ample off-street parking available.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful house with a small romantic garden. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome. The spacious room had a lovely garden view and was spotlessly clean. The delicious breakfast, including self-made bread and cupcakes, was a dream. We enjoyed observing the birds around the property. The location is perfect, with the beach, supermarket, and pubs within a short walking distance. It's also a great starting point for hikes to Dunrobin Castle and the ben bhraggie monument. We highly recommend a visit to Granite Villa Guest House and can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay in a charming villa on a quiet street. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable chairs by the bay window. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We loved the location, with a pleasant beach walk just across the main road and easy access to Dunrobin castle in the village.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a roomy bathroom. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - definitely the highlight of our stay!

It would have been nice to have a larger duvet in the room, as we had to adjust it to fit properly. , it would have been helpful to have access to a fridge during our stay.
