The apartment was beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable base for our visit to Edinburgh. Everything we needed was provided, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, with all necessary amenities within a short walk. The nearby pub was a great option for dinner and drinks without disturbing our nights in. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Grassmarket Old Town Boutique Apartment for three nights during the Fringe Festival. The apartment was beautifully decorated throughout and had lots of thoughtful touches, such as a choice of specialty teas and toiletries in the bathroom. The bed in the main bedroom was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The location was perfect, with most venues being a short 10-minute walk away. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check out later. Highly recommended!

We got great value for the money with a beautifully decorated and spacious apartment. The location in Grassmarket was perfect, with vibrant bars and restaurants just steps away. The staff, including Amanda, David, and Rory, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety or options.

The location was perfect for exploring all the sights, with plenty of food options nearby. The flat had everything we needed, including a washing machine and grocery store close by. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and even the sofa was great for sleeping on. The host, Gary, was excellent and kept in regular contact. We loved the decor of the apartment, and the fact that it included Netflix was a bonus. The nearby Hula was a must-visit, especially for breakfast. Harry Potter fans will also enjoy the sights around the property.

Clean and cosy newly refurbished apartment. Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the castle and within walking distance of all attractions. Owner and staff were very nice and helpful, with good communication. Eclectic and beautifully appointed apartment with Scottish theme. Excellent kitchen facilities and amenities provided. We had an amazing stay at Grassmarket Old Town Boutique! the warm welcome we received from David and Rory made us feel right at home. the rooms were well-equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated. the location was perfect, with easy access to the Royal Mile and the Castle. We even had a view of the castle from our window. We were so impressed with the quality of the apartment and the comfortable bed. We will definitely book with them again.
