I had a great stay at Great St Helen Hotel. The location was perfect for my needs as a business traveler, with easy access to the city and Liverpool Street Tube station just a few minutes away. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, a new and good shower, and a TV. I also appreciated having a fridge and coffee/tea facilities in the room. The internet was quick and reliable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite a beautiful church and close to all attractions in the City of London. It is also within walking distance of shops, cafes, and most of the main touristic locations in central London, as well as the main underground stops. The rooms have high beds with plenty of storage space underneath, and the bathrooms are spacious with room to lay out toiletries. The staff are pleasant and efficient, making check-in and check-out processes smooth.

Some guests have complained about noise from other guests and doors slamming throughout the night.

I stayed at Great St Helen for a couple of nights on a business trip. The modern, clean rooms were well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The smart TV allowed me to connect to Netflix, and the complimentary water and snacks were a lovely surprise. The toilet paper was of good quality, the air conditioner was a godsend, and the shower had fantastic pressure. The location was perfect, close to Liverpool Street station with minimal noise. I was also able to leave my luggage with the receptionist after checkout. A fantastic stay!

The bed in the room was a bit short for me, as I had to sleep at a slight diagonal. This could be uncomfortable for taller individuals.

This place has a great location in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around to all the top attractions like the Tower of London and London Bridge. The room amenities such as the heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries were really impressive. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch too.

I didn't see any pets on site and there was no smoking allowed here, but I would definitely recommend this venue to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
