We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful country hotel with friendly staff. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we had the best sleep in ages. the bathroom was also beautiful. the grounds were picturesque and the hotel was in a great location for exploring the area. the meals were delicious and the peacocks added to the charm of the place. Great Trethew Manor Hotel & Restaurant exceeded our expectations.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The peaceful surroundings made for a relaxing experience, and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The open fire added a cozy touch, and even though I didn't dine at the venue, the enticing aroma of the food tempted me. The location was ideal for exploring nearby places like Polperro and the coastal villages. I can't wait to return in the summer and explore the beautiful grounds, including the captivating peacocks.

I was able to relax and enjoy the lovely gardens and even spotted a beautiful peacock. The location was also convenient, as it was close to the football stadium and surrounded by nature.

Excellent facilities, attentive staff, clean accommodation. Cozy evening fire. Tasty food, good presentation. Roaming peacocks add appeal. Signposted drive, watch for pot holes.

My night's sleep on certain beds was a bit flat, which may be a concern if you have back issues. However, this didn't detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.
