My stay at the White Pheasant was a lovely experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed dining on the terrace next to the restaurant, as the food was delicious. Despite some areas of the hotel looking a bit "tired," everything was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The service was exceptional, with a warm welcome and attentive staff. The dinner provided was superb and exceeded expectations for a B&B. The grounds were beautiful, providing a tranquil and picturesque setting. the hotel had the basics covered perfectly, with great coffee, a hot and powerful shower, and a clean and dog-friendly environment.

The rooms felt a bit basic and dark, lacking in natural light. The toilet was also temperamental, sometimes requiring multiple flushes.

The White Pheasant was incredibly clean, even during the ongoing restoration process. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a comfortable king-size bed in the rooms and a great selection of tea, coffee, and water. The staff at this hotel were excellent, from the friendly and helpful bar/waiting staff to the accommodating housekeepers and breakfast staff. The location of the hotel was also ideal, close to all amenities and situated by the river in the conservatory where we enjoyed our breakfast.

I recently stayed at The White Pheasant for a weekend getaway. The hotel was not only friendly but also extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The bar was a great spot to relax and the full English breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices that were beautifully cooked and presented. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the location was exceptional, surrounded by stunning nature. Our room was perfect, with a comfortable bed, well-stocked tea and coffee, and lovely fluffy towels. a quirky and great experience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in peaceful, quiet countryside. It was a bit of a drive from the city, but worth it for the serene surroundings. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. the food at the on-site pub and restaurant was amazing, with traditional options cooked to perfection using locally sourced products.

While the hotel had its charms, it was evident that some areas needed attention. The decor of the bar and restaurant areas was a bit outdated and could benefit from a brighter color scheme.

The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed and high-quality bedding. The bathroom also had ample space and provided large towels. The hotel could be even better with a few improvements.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel - excellent food, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and great room service. The staff were lovely, including the chatty groundsman, and the recently redecorated room was very pleasant. Being pet-friendly was a huge plus too!

When it comes to breakfast offerings, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety. But apart from that, my stay was pretty much perfect.

The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautiful old character building and well-maintained grounds. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. Our dog-friendly room on the ground floor was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely shower. We also appreciated the small touches like water bottles and the peaceful atmosphere at night.
