I recently had a wonderful stay at a lovely countryside lodge. The owners, Emily and Gary, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even left us a delightful homemade cake and milk in the lodge upon our arrival. The location was perfect for us as we were competing in a nearby dog show at Dalemain House. The route to the venue was quick and easy, making our travel time hassle-free. Our dogs absolutely loved the paddock where they could freely run around and play with other dogs, including our small pet dog who is not usually allowed off-lead. The accommodation was clean, warm, and comfortable, providing everything we needed. We will definitely be recommending this place to our fellow dog-loving friends!

Our stay at Green View Lodges was absolutely amazing. The lodge was cozy and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The hosts, Emily and Gary, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The highlight for our daughter was waking up to the adorable donkeys, sheep, and chickens on the property. We were even treated to a delicious homemade cake upon arrival, which was a delightful surprise. The lodge had all the amenities we could ask for, and the hot tub and sauna were a special treat. The surrounding village had lovely walking spaces, local shops, and pubs, adding to the charm of our stay. We are already planning to return next year to this beautiful place. we highly recommend Green View Lodges for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

It was clean, comfortable, and had a homely touch. The location was peaceful, and the hot tub was a great addition to our holiday. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The wooden gate that appeared when we needed it made our time there much easier. the cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff were excellent.

The bed was comfy and the cottage had everything we needed from towels to tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. It also has good access to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Best aspect: The hot tub and sauna were a great addition, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The WiFi was really slow, which was frustrating when trying to connect to the internet. There were too many plug-in air fresheners, which could be problematic for those sensitive to strong scents.

The lodges were incredibly clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing Easter break. The location was ideal, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Plus, the hot tub and sauna facilities were spacious and well-maintained, providing the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

While the lodges were well-equipped, it would have been nice to have a few more options for dining out nearby. the lack of nearby shops made it a bit inconvenient if we needed any last-minute supplies.

the cozy lodge, warm and welcoming, surpassed any previous stay in wigton. the homemade cake and milk in the fridge, spacious and immaculate accommodation, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and luxurious hot tub and sauna facilities made our stay unforgettable. the farm animals and expansive surroundings added to the peaceful atmosphere.

The service, balloons on arrival, easy communication, extended hot tub slot, perfect facilities, helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, amazing views, posting back forgotten coat. Highly recommended!

The lodge was spacious, with comfortable beds, and equipped with everything you could need. The hot tub and sauna were clean and added to our stay. We had an amazing stay at Green View Lodges. The Hayloft Cottage was perfect for our family of four. The hosts were excellent and the accommodation was lovely. The remote location provided a peaceful holiday, yet it was still close enough to the national park and other towns for easy tourism. The added bonus of donkeys, sheep, chickens, fabulous sunsets, and a hot tub made our stay even more enjoyable.
