i had a wonderful stay at greenbanks hotel norfolk. the staff were excellent, the wifi worked well for video calls, and the room was clean. the food was amazing, with good knowledge of coeliac disease and gluten-free options. set in beautiful surroundings with a calming nature, the hotel had exceptional decor and facilities.

Nothing to mention, everything was just great! 👌

the hotel was spotless and perfectly situated near inviting courtyards. the staff shared wonderful local tips, and the chef was incredibly accommodating with a fantastic variety of dishes.

I always return here, where I received help for an insect bite on my first visit. This place has Wi-Fi, free parking, a bar, and an indoor pool. It's perfect for my weekend getaways with a restaurant, jacuzzi, sauna, and all needed amenities.

The database provided a wide range of resources and search filters, making it easy to find the information I needed. the room with a comfy bed was incredibly relaxing, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of work.

The only small downside was that the database interface was a bit clunky to navigate at times, requiring some extra clicking to access certain features.

Staff were super lovely and made our room up early. Comfy bed and beautiful room. The accommodation, once a stable, had a large and comfortable sitting area with a fridge and microwave. The shower room was excellent, and the hotel had a swimming pool and stunning grounds with a pond and wildlife areas. The cooked breakfast was good. The restaurant staff, Alex, Chloe, and Jess, provided fantastic hospitality and restaurant-quality food. The swimming pool and surrounding gardens were peaceful and beautiful.

We had a great weekend! the breakfast was really good, with plenty of options to choose from. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided excellent service. the swimming pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing, and there were not many people using them, so we practically had them to ourselves.

there was no Wi-Fi access in our room, which made it difficult to stay connected. it was a pleasant experience, but we wish we had known about these limitations beforehand.
