We recently stayed at this gorgeous cottage for a few nights and it exceeded our expectations. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the cottage really impressed us, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet location was a bonus, and the lovely garden and patio area provided a perfect place to relax. The off-road parking for 4 cars was also very convenient. The master bedroom was particularly stunning, with a wow factor and a beautiful, huge, comfy bed.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

greengate cottage was even better than our last stay in york. the location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful hills. the cottage itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. the master bedroom was absolutely breathtaking with a huge comfy bed and beautiful decor.

Shower head needed attention.

The cottage was extremely comfortable with all the facilities provided for a relaxing break. The local pub offered excellent food and drink. The property had a garden and free private parking.

Just loved the cobwebs and spiders everywhere! So charming and rustic, really added to the overall experience.

greengate cottage was a delightful find in york. our long weekend stay exceeded all expectations. the spacious and beautifully decorated layout felt like a home away from home. the village was lovely and the nearby pub and tea rooms were fantastic.

It would have been nice to have more breakfast items provided, such as a wider selection of baked goods.

greengate cottage exceeded expectations with its beautiful location, spacious rooms, and enjoyable extras like a fireplace and alexa. a perfect choice for a family of five, with ample parking and a lovely garden and patio area. the master bedroom was exceptional, with a huge comfy bed and beautiful decor. would definitely book again!
