Felt like a home away from home, with nothing too much trouble.

The location of this guest house is fantastic, as it is situated right along the seafront, offering a stunning view of the ocean. It is conveniently close to the town center and harbor, allowing for a short and enjoyable stroll to explore the heart of the town. being at the end of the seafront ensures a quieter atmosphere away from the bustling crowds.

The noise from the main road outside can be disruptive, especially at night, preventing guests from keeping the windows open for fresh air.

Sharon and Steve were perfect hosts. Great breakfasts. Close to beach, restaurants, and bars. Large, comfortable room with all amenities.

It was all superb.

Great location for exploring the town. Private parking available. Rooms had all the necessary items including an iron and hair dryer. Breakfast was lovely and filling. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The single room was small and a bit dated. the walls were thin, so noises from other guests could be heard.

wifi was unreliable

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short stroll away from the seafront. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious and there was a variety of options to choose from.

The parking facilities were limited.

Despite the horrible experience, there were a couple of positives. the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which was a relief after the long and uncomfortable journey. the breakfast was decent, although the options were quite limited. At least it provided some sustenance to get through the day.

Wow, where do I begin? My experience at this hotel during Christmas was a complete disaster.

we've stayed in weymouth before but greenlands guest house was truly exceptional. sharon and steve made us feel at home, their breakfast was amazing, and their location right on the seaside was perfect. the memories of our time there will always bring a smile to our faces.

Luxurious bed. Great location near the sea and restaurants. Warm and friendly hosts with excellent local knowledge. Lovely, modern room with a beautiful sea view. Attentive and helpful hosts. Accommodated dietary restrictions. Wonderful hosts with great storytelling. Amazing breakfast and off-street parking.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Breakfasts are delicious and there is a good variety of options to choose from.

The bathroom in some of the rooms is on the smaller side, but the well-functioning showers make up for it.
