I recently had a fantastic 4-night stay at this hotel. The location was great, just minutes from the sea and good restaurants, making it very convenient. The rooms were lovely and modern, with a comfortable king-sized bed and all the basic amenities. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with a full English that set me up for the day. The staff was really friendly and catered to my needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this guest house is fantastic, as it is situated right along the seafront, offering a stunning view of the ocean. It is conveniently close to the town center and harbor, allowing for a short and enjoyable stroll to explore the heart of the town. being at the end of the seafront ensures a quieter atmosphere away from the bustling crowds.

The noise from the main road outside can be disruptive, especially at night, preventing guests from keeping the windows open for fresh air.

The single room was small and a bit dated. the walls were thin, so noises from other guests could be heard.

The guest house is conveniently located close to the beach, just a short walk to shops and amenities. There is also a great Italian restaurant nearby, offering delicious food right on the waterfront. The rooms are clean and cozy, with a shared bathroom that is not a problem at all. The hosts, Sharon and Steve, are friendly and accommodating, even allowing non-staying guests to join for breakfast. The breakfast itself is incredible, and there is free private parking available.

Despite the horrible experience, there were a couple of positives. the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which was a relief after the long and uncomfortable journey. the breakfast was decent, although the options were quite limited. At least it provided some sustenance to get through the day.

Wow, where do I begin? My experience at this hotel during Christmas was a complete disaster.

we've stayed in weymouth before but greenlands guest house was truly exceptional. sharon and steve made us feel at home, their breakfast was amazing, and their location right on the seaside was perfect. the memories of our time there will always bring a smile to our faces.

They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made our stay hassle-free. The rooms were comfortable, with clean and tidy surroundings, and the delicious breakfast was a great start to the day. The convenient location, close to the beach and with onsite parking, was a bonus. I highly recommend this guest house for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere at Greenlands Guest House made my stay extremely comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with an unexpected room upgrade, providing me with a fantastic sea view. The breakfast selection was amazing, especially the delicious full English breakfast. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I will definitely be returning in the future.
