The hotel is centrally located, right in the center of town, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast choices are varied and delicious. The inn also offers storage options for late departures and easy access to nearby beaches and public transportation.

One bathroom may need a refurbishment, but it seems that the hotel is in the process of updating their facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at a quaint inn in Newquay. The hotel was well-located, within walking distance of everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent, especially the carvery and breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Attending our Charities Group Christmas Party, we had a fantastic evening at the Griffin Inn. The food was fabulous, service excellent, and the staff made the night highly enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully kept, clean, and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had, with cheerful and polite service. I won't look anywhere else when I return. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure that our room was ready for us, even though we arrived early. The location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. And having plenty of parking available was a huge bonus.

That there was some noise in the early morning due to bin collection. However, the manager quickly addressed the issue when we brought it to their attention.

I recently stayed at the Griffin Inn for a short trip and it was outstanding. The location was perfect for exploring the area and accessing various amenities. The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect and easily accessible to everything in town. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and polite at all times. Left a laptop charger in my room and the hotel will be sending it out to me. Plenty of parking onsite. Fantastic location for exploring Cornwall.

Felt so comfortable, nothing to complain about.

The receptionist was efficient and dealt with our complaint promptly, even after we had left. She refunded us for the night we couldn't sleep due to the loud extractor fan. the location of the hotel was ideal, close to the town center and with easy access to parking. This made exploring the area hassle-free. the staff, from the cleaners to the bar staff, were all friendly and welcoming.

On the second night of our stay, we had trouble sleeping due to a loud rumbling noise caused by an extractor fan left on overnight in the kitchen. Despite phoning reception twice, the fan was not switched off and we were unable to get a good night's sleep.

Clean and modern facilities. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was powerful. The location of the Griffin Inn was perfect, just a minute away from the train station. We also appreciated the ample car parking available.

I had a lovely stay at the Griffin Inn. The warm welcome from Peter and the spotless, well-equipped room made me feel right at home. The food and drink choices at the bar were fantastic, and the breakfast served by Steph was delicious. The location was great, with easy parking and a short stroll from the railway station. I'm already looking forward to returning soon.
