I had a fantastic stay at this property. The spaciousness and value for money exceeded my expectations. Arriving late was no issue, as the women who greeted me were incredibly lovely and welcoming. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

I recently stayed at a beautiful cottage called Near Howe in the North Lakes. Grisdale View Villa was the perfect retreat, offering a cosy and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a spacious lounge area. The property itself was spacious and provided excellent value for money. Despite arriving late, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The cottage is ideally situated, with panoramic views from its hilltop location. There is plenty of garden space to enjoy, and it's just a short drive to Keswick. I highly recommend a visit to the nearby Mill Inn as well.

The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to beautiful places like Ullswater and Keswick, as well as the stunning coast further west. The views from the cottage were incredible, with sheep grazing in the surrounding farms. The cottage itself was cosy and well-equipped, with a clean kitchen and a good shower and bath. It was also great for families, with plenty of room for kids to run around outside. We particularly appreciated the warm and friendly host who even helped us out of a muddy situation with his tractor. we had a wonderful, comfortable, and relaxing stay.

The cottage offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, complete with sheep grazing nearby. It is located in a peaceful and secluded area, yet still conveniently close to Keswick and Penrith. The host went above and beyond by using his tractor to help us when our car got stuck in the mud. The cottage itself is warm, cozy, and provides a comfortable retreat.

We felt really good about our stay at the cottage and have no complaints whatsoever.
