We were thrilled with the room upgrade, it was larger and more accessible for our family with 2 small kids. The well-equipped kitchen, including a good size fridge and freezer, was a great convenience. Plenty of storage space and a dishwasher and washer available if needed. The most comfortable bed ever and a very clean bathroom. Parking was easy to find and the location was great for shopping.

We felt extremely satisfied with our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Spent a fabulous Christmas at a hotel in Cardiff. Loved the spaciousness of the property and the fact that it had a freezer - perfect for storing all our Christmas goodies! the location was also key, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Another great advantage was the friendly and prompt service from the host, who was always there to assist.

There were a few minor drawbacks. the high temperatures made it quite uncomfortable, as the blinds were not sufficient in blocking out the sun and heat.
