Best aspects of our stay were the attention to detail and the warm welcome we received. The hosts went above and beyond to make our experience magical, with special touches for my daughter's birthday celebration. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes away from the Harry Potter World attraction. We also appreciated the inclusion of all the Harry Potter-themed amenities, like toys, DVDs, and costumes, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had to sit on the floor while watching a film due to the lack of seating options. Another downside was the discomfort of the beds, particularly the mattress in the main bedroom, which wasn't ideal for those with back problems.

I stayed at a magical place with lots of Harry Potter touches. The decor in Hagrid's Hut was fabulous, with soft toys and even a green theme in the main bedroom. The bathroom was nice, with a massive bath and a great shower. The host left Victoria biscuits and milk for us, which was a nice touch. The attention to detail, like the guest Netflix, Harry Potter DVDs, and games, made the whole trip feel more spectacular. Plus, they surprised us with a cake and Halloween treats for my birthday. everything was absolutely magical and I felt right at home.

The attention to detail was superb, really adding to the magical experience. The extra touches like the Harry Potter DVDs, games, and Netflix were fantastic for keeping everyone entertained. The themed bedroom and living room decorations were stunning, and the candle lights created a cozy atmosphere. the added surprise of a birthday celebration with cake and treats made the trip even more special.

The bunk bed was a bit small for taller children, and the sofa was on the smaller side for a family of four. It would have been helpful to have some hooks or rails to hang towels.

The decor was amazing, full of Harry Potter magic! We loved being surrounded by all the themed rooms and decorations. The communication with the owners was fantastic, they were very helpful and responsive. , the location was great, with plenty of things to do nearby such as cinemas, bowling, and restaurants. It was a perfect spot for our city trip.

The exterior of the place could have been tidier and more well-maintained. The overgrown gardens and bins at the front gate gave a negative first impression.

Great location for Harry Potter studio tour and Hollywood Bowl. Host provided tea, coffee, sugar, milk, balloons. Themed rooms with games, DVD's, and books. Clean and comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen for simple meals. Quiet area close to studios. Highly recommended.

I had the most magical stay at this accommodation. The house was beautifully decorated and had a truly enchanting atmosphere. The addition of the visitor books filled with charming drawings was a wonderful touch. Plus, the biscuits they provided were incredibly delicious! The location was fantastic, with a Tesco just a short 5-minute walk away, and the Warner Brother Studio Tour only a quick 5-minute drive. On-street parking was available, although it might get busy during certain times of the day.
