Stayed in a charming cottage with a beautiful garden. the location was ideal for exploring Inveraray and the surrounding areas. the bedroom I used had a comfortable double bed with clean bedding. the interior was well-equipped, cosy, and clean. the cottage offered lovely views of the woods and gardens, providing a peaceful and private atmosphere. it was a great experience at Halftown Cottages.

The cottage was hidden away in a beautiful woodland setting, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was impeccably clean and well presented, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. the stream in front of the cottage added an extra element of tranquility, and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting by it, reflecting and taking in the peaceful surroundings. making a fire in the open fireplace brought back nostalgic childhood memories and added a cozy touch to the experience.

The kitchen was a letdown. the kitchen appliances, particularly the oven and hob, were quite old and not up to par.

Stayed in a cottage surrounded by a magical forest. Saw orchids, mushrooms, deer, and birds. The West Highlands are stunning. Free WiFi and parking.

Oh, just loved collecting the keys elsewhere and the creepy feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. Ha! Who needs civilization?
