I had a fantastic time at the Wrexham Llyndir Hall Hotel, BW Signature Collection. The grounds were absolutely stunning and provided a lovely backdrop for my stay. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. The restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had a pleasant dining experience. The location was also perfect for what I had planned. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

One drawback was the pool area being in disrepair, which was a shame. However, considering the overall excellent facilities, it was a minor issue.

Upon arrival, we received a lovely presentation and were greeted by a friendly staff.

Spa facilities not working.

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful grounds. The staff are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to help. Facilities are excellent, including a gym, sauna, and pool. The breakfast buffet is faultless. Guests with families will appreciate the activity packs for kids.

They even refunded me £15 and offered a free breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. my experience was made even better by the friendly and attentive staff.

We had an amazing anniversary celebration at this beautiful hotel. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the grounds were absolutely impressive. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the surroundings. The service provided by Lisa was outstanding, she made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast offered a great selection and was delicious. We also enjoyed spending time in the lounge and bar area, while our daughter had a blast playing in the grounds all day.

The spa area could use some updating and cleaning to enhance the overall experience.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Stayed at a lovely hotel for 4 nights. Great size rooms and bathrooms with friendly staff. The hotel is set in a nice location, close to Chester and with easy access to the North Wales coast. I had a wonderful time exploring the surrounding areas, including visiting Conwy and Snowdonia National Park. The duty manager promptly resolved any initial issues with the room. Signature Collection was a bonus.
