celebrating our anniversary in london, we stayed at a stylish hotel in soho. it felt like a luxurious home with unique artworks and a serene terrace. the location was perfect, and the staff were attentive. a special mention to over under for their amazing coffee.

Gorgeous hotel with spacious rooms, top-notch bed linens, amazing bathroom with great water pressure. Beautiful décor throughout and a large patio for outdoor dining. Exceptional staff, friendly and helpful. Perfect location near Piccadilly.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenience of being able to drop off our car at the front door and have it delivered. The staff was kind, considerate, and professional, and their attention to detail during breakfast was excellent. The decor of the hotel was stunning, with bright and contemporary designs. The rooms were of high quality, providing sheer comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The pots of leaf tea were excellent, adding to the overall experience.

What a fantastic stay at the modern and stylish Ham Yard Hotel in the Theater District! The hotel has a hip and vibrant atmosphere. I was impressed by the beautiful design throughout the entire property. Despite being popular, there are plenty of quiet areas to relax and enjoy a drink. And let's not forget about the incredible bowling alley - it's the most stunning one I've ever seen! The location in Soho is perfect, within easy walking distance of the neighboring theaters. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning on my next trip to London. I highly recommend this hotel for its modern style, great vibe, and excellent location.

Great hotel experience with attentive service and excellent location. The friendly staff provided a room with signature products in an outstanding environment. , the breakfast was delicious with a varied menu, and the concierge service helped us with restaurant reservations during our stay.

Despite the excellent service, we noticed a high security deposit requirement that we found unexpected and inconvenient.

Over the Christmas holiday, I had a memorable experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions. The design of the hotel was stunning, and I especially loved the outdoor space for smokers.

Couldn't find any faults at all

During my New Year's stay, I was impressed with the delicious breakfast options and the attentive service provided by the staff. The location was also a key factor, as the hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, I enjoyed the beautiful decoration and the spaciousness of the room.

it did not significantly impact my stay, but it was worth mentioning for those who are sensitive to noise.

This venue is the epitome of luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that genuinely meet guests' high expectations. The Spa & wellness centre, massage and sauna are all amazing. There are private facilities that add to the fully luxurious experience and make the guests' stay extra special. The restaurant breakfast and buffet met all our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised by the special diet menus; even the packed lunches were something to remember.

In terms of negative aspects, there was a minor issue with the bar/lounge area as the coffee was not impressive enough in comparison to the rest of the luxurious services offered at this hotel. However the overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, being located in close proximity to the heart of the city only adds to its value.

My recent stay at Ham Yard Hotel, Firmdale Hotels was absolutely phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and catered to. From the moment I arrived, they took care of every detail, even delivering my car back to me and ensuring my luggage was already on board. The interiors of the hotel were truly magical and inspiring, with incredible decor and a variety of beautifully designed rooms. Every member of the staff I encountered was delightful and engaging. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially for its central location and exceptional service.
