loved our stay at the palatial apartment in windsor. the photos don't do it justice - it's huge with high quality fixtures and fittings. the general manager was so helpful too. a touch of luxury and very comfortable. would thoroughly recommend it for a group visit.

great property, perfect for exploring Windsor and close to the train station. Comfy beds and high-end decor made for a comfortable stay. Loved the private car parking.

Kitchen equipment lacking, not enough mugs and wine glasses.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, with beautifully kept furnishings. Adequate dishes and glassware provided. Excellent location, just a short walk to local shops and attractions.

The towels were worn-out and in need of replacement. The thermostat couldn't be adjusted, resulting in a hot apartment.

we had a great stay at a lovely property in an ideal location. Hampden Apartments - the Charles provided us with a comfortable and high-end decor apartment. the beds were extremely comfortable, allowing us to have a fantastic and much-needed sleep. We were impressed by the availability of two high chairs and cots provided by the host, making our stay even more convenient. the apartment had plenty of cupboard space, and we found it convenient to have a variety of local shops within walking distance to grab food for the kitchen. the balcony was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a busy day out. We also appreciated the flexibility in sleeping arrangements and the efficient response from the host in addressing any issues we had.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampden Apartments - the Charles in Windsor. the location was brilliant and the apartment had excellent facilities, especially in the lounge, dinner, and kitchen areas. We felt safe, warm, and welcomed throughout our stay. Jeremy, the host, was fantastic and always responded quickly to our needs. the apartment was spacious and fully equipped with comfortable beds and fantastic showers. We also appreciated the added extras like complimentary tea, coffee, and toiletries. it was a lovely place for our group to enjoy Windsor.
