I got great value for my money and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff treated me with class and were always helpful.

The breakfast option could have been improved by ensuring that every guest was offered tea or coffee upon seating.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the well-kept grounds to the pristine rooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool, sauna, and spa that offered incredible treatments. The location, nestled in a secret garden-like setting, made us feel like we were far away from the bustling city, even though we were not too far from London downtown. The breakfast provided a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

During my stay at Hanbury Manor, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make my girlfriend's birthday special, surprising us with Prosecco, balloons, chocolate, and a heartfelt card. The spa facilities were also top-notch, offering a truly relaxing experience. The buffet at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding, thanks to the talented chefs. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. Additionally, the TV Chromecast stopped working on the second night and required me to request assistance on both nights.

As a delighted guest at Hanbury Manor, I stayed for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us, something not often found in the UK. They promptly addressed any oversights and the included breakfast was outstanding. The pool and sauna were enjoyable, although the Jacuzzi was small for the number of guests. I highly recommend indulging in the Queen Afternoon Tea in the Zodiac room, if it fits your budget!

My husband and I recently stayed at Hanbury Manor for a special occasion and we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, upgrading our room and leaving us a surprise gift to celebrate our occasion. The hotel itself was stunning, with well-maintained grounds and beautiful surroundings. The food at the restaurant was top-notch, and even though it was a bit pricey, it was worth every penny. We were also impressed by the eco-friendly initiatives, such as the filtered water coolers throughout the hotel. We are already planning to return for our anniversary and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a great time. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff at the reception were welcoming and professional. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the friendly service from the waiting staff. the location was ideal, with beautiful grounds for a relaxing walk. we had a lovely time during our stay.

Enjoyable environment and surroundings, had a great countryside view. the staff had respect towards us as customers. The food tasted great and there was a lot to choose from. the hotel had a gym and a spa available for guests, which provided a comfortable stay.
