Nestled in a picturesque valley with stunning views, this B&B offers a serene escape. The secure gardens provide a peaceful setting to relax in. We were pleasantly surprised when the hosts offered us a lift into town instead of ordering a taxi. The location, on the outskirts of town, is close enough to easily reach the main centre. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, while the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of local ingredients to choose from.

Some guests may find the location a bit secluded, with limited dining options within walking distance.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Handywater Cottages. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Cleanliness and excellent decor with comfortable beds. Hotel facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, toaster, and small cooker. Great location with restaurants nearby for dinner. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent.

The private facilities made my stay feel luxurious, and the location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions.
