I recently stayed at a B&B in a beautiful coastal town and had a mixed experience. The location was fantastic with stunning views of the harbor, which made it really special. The breakfast staff were friendly and the breakfast itself was tasty and satisfying. However, there were some issues with the rooms. One of our rooms was located in the attic and accessed by steep and narrow stairs, which was quite challenging. The other two rooms had disappointing views and one of them was even in a converted storage area. Additionally, there were problems with the TV in one of the rooms that were not resolved despite being reported.

I recently stayed at a friendly place called Harbour View in a central location along the harbour. The room I had was lovely, spotlessly clean, with a very comfy bed and pillows. The highlight was the fantastic view of the harbour from my room. Steve, the host, was welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Nicky, who served my breakfast, was friendly and chatty. I appreciated Steve's help when I needed an extra night's stay. I would definitely return, especially for the amazing view.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a charming coastal town. The hotel offered fantastic value for money and was situated in an ideal location right on the harbor front. It was so convenient being close to restaurants, pubs, and various activities. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room I stayed in had a lovely ensuite bathroom, and the mattress was of excellent quality, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, which included a nice plunge type coffee. this hotel provided a great experience and I highly recommend it.

We had an excellent stay at Harbour View in Brixham. Steve and Linda were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was light, cool, and airy, with beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Being dog-friendly was a huge plus, and we enjoyed meeting Ruby the Labrador. The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views and plenty of dining options. We hope to be back soon!

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing lots of local knowledge. Plus, the breakfast is delicious, especially the Full English option. Parking is conveniently located down the steps in the harbour, making it easily accessible.

Some of the rooms may need a little updating for a more comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, as it was close to pubs & restaurants on the quay below and just a short walk to the shops in this city. The breakfast was delicious, with a plentiful selection of quality food, including perfectly cooked eggs made to order. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.
