The communication leading up to our trip was excellent, all sent through email. the location is fantastic, overlooking the beautiful St Ives, the harbour, and the ocean. the staff is warm, inviting, and happy to share information and answer tourist questions. the self-service breakfast provided was great, with options like cold cereal, bread for toasting, jam, and milk. the property is decorated to a high standard with modern and quirky touches. the bed was super comfy, the wifi was excellent, and the shower had plenty of hot water. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property.

It was conveniently close to the harbour front and just a short walk into the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with excellent wifi, a clean and well-appointed room, and a comfortable bed. The self-service breakfast offered a variety of options, including cold cereal, toast, jam, and milk. The staff, particularly Danielle, were warm and friendly, always willing to provide helpful information and answer any questions I had. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location to the harbour front, and the fantastic breakfast options made my stay at this hotel truly memorable.
