Stayed at a superb little hotel with friendly staff in a superb location for exploring. The quaint old property had no lifts, only narrow stairs, but the spotless and comfortable rooms made up for it. The bathrooms had decent plumbing, and the staff were a high point, always helpful and welcoming. The location was amazing, within walking distance of everything in the city. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this lovely hotel for 4 nights. I booked a standard room and was pleasantly surprised to find it on the top floor in the attic. The staff, especially Heather, were super friendly. The hotel is also dog friendly, which was a bonus. The shower and bed were great, and the central location was perfect for exploring Bath. I reserved a parking space, but it's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, so it's best not to bring too much luggage. I had a lovely and relaxing stay and would definitely return, but maybe on a lower floor next time!

harington's boutique made our stay in bath exceptional. the top room had a magical view of the town, comfy bed, and a great bathroom. the central location was perfect, and the staff were attentive. we can't wait to come back.

We were surprised by a sweet gift waiting for us in the room and the welcoming staff was truly helpful. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide selection of options, perfect for a day of exploring the city. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk away from the city center, and the room was equipped with everything we needed, including extra comfortable beds.

The car park was quite far away and we had to lug our bags to the hotel. , the hot tub had an extra charge, which was a bit of a letdown considering it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city where everything is within easy walking distance. We could step outside on the street and be close to all the sites, bars, and restaurants that Bath has to offer. The room was clean and well-presented, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the bustling street below. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, including gluten-free and vegetarian choices.

There was one negative aspect that affected our stay. The noise level from the nearby bars and pubs could be heard from the room, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

We had a wonderful stay in a boutique hotel right in the town centre. The location was perfect, as it was so close to all the shops and attractions we wanted to visit. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, and we were impressed with the quality of the breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and there was even an honesty bar where we could pour our own drinks. it was a great experience.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient. We had to collect and return a laminated pass to use one of the allocated spaces, but there was nowhere to park to do this.

We had an excellent stay at this beautifully decorated boutique hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel looked after, especially when they swapped out the dog bed for a bigger one for our black labrador. The breakfast was amazing with a delicious made-to-order option. The location was perfect for exploring Bath. we highly recommend this hotel.
