Great location in the heart of the village, close to pubs, shops, and amenities. Easy access to the beautiful Lakes Peninsula and Coniston area. Loved the peaceful walk along the old railway line and the tranquil pond. The flat was well presented and equipped with a cozy atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was excellent. Owners were nice, responsive, and open to suggestions.

Confusing and delayed communication regarding key locker pin, causing unnecessary anxiety upon arrival. Heating system was confusing, with the thermostat upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs, resulting in uncomfortable nights.

We had a fantastic stay at the villa in Broughton. the location was excellent, right in the centre of town with pubs, bakery, post office/newsagents, and convenience stores just a few yards away. the flat was well-presented and equipped with everything we needed. the beds were comfortable, the kitchen area was excellent, and the owners were very nice. the communication with them was prompt and they were quick to address any queries or concerns. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Harley House Villa to others.

I recently stayed at Harley House in Broughton and had a fantastic time. The property was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a holiday home. The location was excellent, right in the center of town with pubs, a bakery, post office, and butchers just a few steps away. The village itself was a great base for exploring the Lakes Peninsula and Coniston area. The flat was well-presented and equipped with everything I needed. The kitchen appliances were top-quality, there was excellent Wi-Fi, and the beds were comfortable. The owners were very nice and responsive to suggestions. Highly recommended.

Totally recommend this hotel.
