The location of this apartment couldn't be better, right on the beach with amazing sea views. The rooms are modern and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and quality bed linen. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring the rooms are equipped with everything you could possibly need, from computer leads to hand sanitizers. The apartment also offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions.

Some customers were disappointed that the deluxe double room they booked did not have the promised patio or balcony.

The location was perfect, close to all amenities but surprisingly quiet. The property was immaculately maintained, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We had the best sleep in our cozy bed and enjoyed sitting on the balcony, soaking up the sunshine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed. The little waterpark nearby added to the fun. I highly recommend a stay at Harmony Apartments and we are already planning to come back with our grandchildren.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. the location couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated close to the bus stop, right by the seafront, and just a short walk away from everything. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the area and enjoy all the attractions.

I couldn't recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a hotel that offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

The apartment at Harmony was spacious, modern, and well-equipped for our needs. The shower was amazing and the location was really good, just a 2-minute walk to the front.

One thing that would have been helpful for other guests is if the shower had a moveable attachment, as the overhead one was not ideal for people with long hair or the elderly. Additionally, there were only two bath towels and one hand towel provided for two adults, with nowhere easy to dry them.

The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. We were able to cook our own meals easily. the bathroom was modern and spacious, making it suitable for a family. The shower was particularly amazing, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience.

There were numerous cobwebs throughout the apartment, especially near the curtains and floor-to-ceiling mirror. It was evident that a deeper clean was needed.

I had booked a 3-night stay in March for the August bank holiday, but due to personal circumstances, I had to reduce it to 2 nights. OYO confirmed the change. This left me scrambling for last-minute accommodations in Weston-super-Mare. Unfortunately, I had to rebook with OYO for 3 nights because it was the only available option. Not being able to speak to anyone about this issue was frustrating, and the late cancellation without clear communication was unacceptable.

Stayed at Harmony Apartments for a few nights and had a fantastic time. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a luxurious rainforest shower. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished, with a spacious open plan layout. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was spotlessly clean. We had an amazing stay at Harmony Apartments! The value for money was excellent, and the room was well-equipped and furnished to a high standard. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town and close to the beautiful sea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast could be improved with a larger ironing board and a proper iron. The small travel iron provided didn't get very warm and leaked a lot of water.
