Excellent Service

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The service provided by the staff, especially Katie, went above and beyond my expectations. When I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush, Katie kindly offered me her own new one. That level of thoughtfulness and care made me feel truly valued as a guest.

Clean, cozy rooms, comfortable beds. Friendly staff, excellent service. Tasty, freshly cooked meals, especially breakfast. Adequate facilities, modern shower room. a satisfying stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lancashire and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a high-quality stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the rooms being nicely decorated and well-appointed. I also appreciated the helpful and friendly service from the staff, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Finally, the location, although slightly away from the main pub, offered a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our experience at the hotel during Christmas was not pleasant. the staff was not consistent in their interaction and introduction to the hotel, which resulted in us missing important information like emergency numbers and fire safety procedures.

Located in the lovely market town, this inn is conveniently situated right next to the pub, offering a ten-second walk to the restaurant. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfy beds and plenty of pillows. The staff is pleasant and accommodating, with flexible check-in and check-out times. Guests can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the pub, which is just outside the inn, adding to the overall convenience and experience.

Although the location and rooms are commendable, there were occasional staff issues reported by some guests.

I recently stayed at Hartwood Hall and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, motivated, and eager to help. The room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the separate accommodation building, which ensured a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The on-site restaurant and bar offered delicious food and the parking was convenient. The strong WiFi and phone signal were a bonus. a great stay at a super affordable price!

For the price we paid, we got really good value. The room was small but clean, modern, and perfect for a one-night stay. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to buses and a short distance from Goodwin's Restaurant where we checked in. The staff, especially Julie and Manager Mark, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food in the evening was excellent, and it was great to see the manager being hands-on and serving. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having coffee served with a fudge nugget instead of a biscuit. it was a warm and cosy experience, with frequent bus services nearby.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if the breakfast options were more varied.
