The restaurant's house burger was so delicious, it made my taste buds dance like they were auditioning for Dancing with the Stars. Each bite was a melt-in-the-mouth experience that could charm the socks off even the most discerning food critic. Coupled with an excellent cooked breakfast, it was a culinary delight!

recently stayed at a charming hotel in Alford during my summer holidays and had a wonderful time. haughton arms exceeded my expectations with its lovely rooms, friendly staff, and delicious food.

A family run favorite with activities like hiking and skiing. Accommodation with a restaurant, free parking, and a bar. Excellent British, Indian, and Scottish cuisine. Located in the heart of nowhere.

The service was like a game of hide and seek - they seemed to disappear at the most inconvenient moments.

I recently stayed at the Haughton Arms in Alford for a few days and had a great experience. The room was impeccably clean and cozy, and the dinner selection was impressive, with options for vegetarians as well. The portion sizes and quality of the food were both excellent. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area in the garden, where I could soak up the afternoon sun. The hotel has a modern look and ample parking space. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location was convenient for exploring the village center and nearby attractions, such as the historic railway and transport museum and castles.
