Our stay at Haven Hall was exceptional. We got great value for our money, with a homely self-catering flat that had all the necessary amenities and even breakfast supplies in the fridge. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. The owner David went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Haven Hall and enjoyed every moment. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to Shanklin and beautiful views over the sea. The gardens were truly stunning, and I loved being able to explore them at my own leisure. The swimming pool was small but well-equipped, and the honesty bar was a nice touch. My room, the Charles Darwin, was comfortable and had quiet air conditioning, which made for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast choices were fantastic, and I appreciated being able to select my preferences in advance. The check-in and check-out process was welcoming and pressure-free, and the host provided helpful information about dinner options. The hotel was environmentally conscious, utilizing solar panels, which I found commendable. The cleaning and general upkeep of the hotel were excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. my stay at Haven Hall was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.

I wasn't lucky with the weather during my stay, but of course, that's beyond the hotel's control. Additionally, it would have been nice to have the option for a slightly later breakfast slot or to have a drink after 10 pm.

This hotel provides a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that surpassed our expectations. From the stunning sun terrace to the picturesque garden area, this venue has something for everyone. The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers allowed for a perfect relaxing getaway. We also enjoyed the exceptional service, with the staff always going above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The room advantages were exquisite, with private facilities and breathtaking views. The restaurant was superb, with a wide range of delicious meals allowing us to indulge for every meal. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to visit again.

Although our stay was near perfect, there was a minor issue with the sauna not being open during our stay. However, the other amenities more than made up for it.

The hotel offers superbly furnished apartments with beautiful sea views. The linen is top-notch, the seating is comfortable, and the apartments are well maintained. The location is impeccable. The hotel is situated on the top of cliffs, with lush gardens spread all around, making it a peaceful and beautiful escape from the city life. The coastal paths are just a minute away. The breakfast is delicious and the owners are charming, attentive, and helpful.

Although the hotel is expensive, the experience is worth every penny spent. However, there are very few other hotels in the area that offer the same level of luxury and comfort, making it sometimes difficult to find equally impressive accommodations in the region.
