The value for money at this place was amazing! The room felt like my own little cottage and the bed was super comfortable for a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect, surrounded by the calming Derbyshire countryside, yet close to amenities. The host, Dan, was fantastic, providing a warm welcome and going out of his way to help us with transportation. Highly recommended!

More breakfast choices, especially for those who are gluten-free, would have been a nice addition.

The location of this accommodation is perfect, as it is close enough to several nice restaurants down the garden. The room was tastefully decorated with a huge and comfortable bed. The bathroom had a luxurious double bath for ultimate relaxation. The service was friendly and approachable, with the owners going above and beyond to make the stay special. The complimentary amenities, such as homemade brownies, crumpets, and granola, added a personal touch to the experience.

One negative aspect was that it was a little difficult to find the accommodation in the dark, as the sign was not well lit along the road.

As young people, we absolutely loved our stay at Hayeswood Lodge! The Brownies and homemade crumpets were delicious, adding a special touch to our breakfast. The four-poster bed in the Maple room was huge and incredibly comfortable. The underfloor heating kept the room warm and cozy. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything we needed, and the hosts even provided homemade jam, butter, milk, and other goodies in the fridge. The personal touches and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.

Had a great Easter break at a luxury B&B. Really enjoyed the comfortable and spacious room, which had a nice kitchenette with all the necessary facilities and a comfy bed. the location was ideal for enjoying some peace and quiet in the countryside but still close enough to town for a quick trip to the shops. the breakfast was superb and the friendly hosts provided a welcoming brownie upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

There wasn't anything that was outright bad, but we did have to adjust our original meal plans as there was no oven available in the room, only a microwave and hob. This wasn't mentioned on the website, so it would've been good to know beforehand.

I recently stayed at Hayeswood Lodge for a wedding in the area. Dan was incredibly accommodating with our late arrival and the beds were so comfortable. The property is quiet and located in a picturesque setting. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious homemade crumpets and locally sourced ingredients. The decor of the lodge is stunning and the owners have put a lot of thought into creating a beautiful space. great value for money and highly recommended.

The journey to the hotel was quite challenging and stressful. the directions were not very clear, especially in the dark, which made finding the hotel difficult.

We were pleasantly surprised by the homemade breakfast options, filled with delicious flavors that satisfied our taste buds. The attention to detail and high-quality furnishings throughout the lodge made us feel like we were in a luxury paradise. Although we had a bit of trouble finding the lodge in the dark, it was well worth the effort. we cannot recommend Hayeswood Lodge enough as it truly exceeded our expectations.
