The hot tub and dining area were enjoyable features during our stay. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and having meals outside on the terrace. The location was also a positive aspect, with easy access to explore the beautiful coastline of Northumbria. having a nearby table near the hot tub added convenience and made it easy to enjoy drinks or snacks while soaking.

There were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The cleanliness outside was very poor, with a strong smell of urine near the deck gate.

had a great time on our family holiday in swarland! percy wood lodges exceeded our expectations with their beautiful lodge, amazing service, and fantastic location. loved the spa bath and hot tub for stargazing. definitely coming back!

Great location, peaceful and relaxing, on-site food truck, spacious and cozy property, fully equipped for self-catering, modern and well-presented.

Felt quite safe, nothing to complain about.

I absolutely loved the hotel's location right next to the magnificent cathedral. It provided stunning views and created a magical atmosphere in the nearby square. The convenience of being close to the Ramblas and having easy access to transportation made exploring this city a breeze. The hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms added to the overall pleasant experience.

The location was beautiful and peaceful. The lodge itself was lovely, with spacious bedrooms and a cute en suite bathroom. The kitchen was smart and functional, and the living room was very nice. The hot tub was a great bonus, despite some issues with temperature. The owners were lovely and attentive.

I had a fantastic stay at a lodge with a balcony, perfect for letting my dogs out. The lodge was spacious and very clean, with plenty of towels provided. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and I felt right at home. The location of the lodge was incredibly peaceful, and the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. It was a true home from home experience, and I can definitely see myself returning.

The lodge itself was spacious and welcoming, and we especially enjoyed the extra dining area on the porch. The overall decor was very pleasant, and we were pleasantly surprised by the broadband speed, which would allow for remote working. The site was clean and peaceful, and there was a decent-sized kids play area. We also appreciated the regular visits from the ice cream van in the evenings. The owners provided amazing service, quickly organizing help when a pipe outside split, and even providing additional heating during the freezing weather.
