Theresa, the new owner, was a gem - super friendly and helpful; she even sorted me out with a toothbrush. the room was so cozy, and that bed! the pillows were like sleeping on clouds. I loved how quiet the location was, but the earplugs were a savior for the busy road outside. 🌟

The Heathcote House in Milborne Saint Andrew was a delightful stay for me and my 9-year-old son. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns like Swanage and Weymouth. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast each morning. the peaceful surroundings and proximity to landmarks like the Parish Church of St John the Baptist and Tolpuddle Martyrs Museum provided us with opportunities for relaxation and bonding. the only downside was the lack of live TV access and some maintenance issues in the room. a pleasant stay that we would consider visiting again.

The breakfast was decent with a selection of cereals, toast, and cooked breakfast. it was conveniently located, just a short walk from the pub. I enjoyed that the room was nicely decorated.

I stayed here over Christmas and it was freezing. There were no extra blankets or heating, and the room was not insulated well.

I recently stayed at Heathcote House in Milborne and had a fantastic experience. As a frequent traveler, I found the breakfast to be exactly what I expected, with a DIY option and a cozy lounge area. The room in the cottage was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, with soft pillows and a TV with Sky and Netflix. The bathroom was huge and spotlessly clean. The car park was also a good size. On top of all that, Teresa was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.
