The owner at the place we stayed was top-notch - left plenty of useful stuff, loads for kids to enjoy, and on point with communication, which I always appreciate. the caravan we chilled in was spacious, had two toilets which was handy with my folks around, and the serene spot at the back gave us peaceful nights rest, making it a sweet mini-vacay. Though the tidiness was decent overall, did have to give the crockery a scrub before chowing down due to some grime 🌟.

It seems that the cleanliness of the accommodation was not up to par, with white stains on the bed runner, dust and cobwebs, and even socks left under the beds from previous guests.

I always stay here. They helped me when my laptop froze. I love the Wi-Fi, parking, bar, dining area, swimming pool, spa. Returning for a romantic getaway.

We had a great value for our money at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a nice outside decked area. The location was perfect, close to the New Forest where we enjoyed seeing the ponies freely roaming. The staff were friendly and responsive, making our stay even better.
